Are you an Encourager?

Every summer our staff goes on a road trip. We go to encourage the staff at different churches in our district family. I recently took this summers' trip with our staff to North Eastern Oregon, Eastern Washington and Idaho. We spent 3 days on the road visiting our churches. I love this opportunity. I work with some really great people. I love these people. I can't imagine what it would be like working with a group of people you don't like being with.

As we travel to these different churches we visit with the staff members and hear their stories. We get an opportunity to pray for them and then give them a little gift of desserts we all baked. There is something about going out and getting the opportunity to pray for and encourage these people who are serving the Lord in their communities.
